About Sarah: Hi, I’m Sarah. I am a Health Creation coach and mentor, and a yoga movement guide with over a decade of experience delivering classes, workshops, trainings, events, and retreats.
I support busy women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals experiencing stress, fatigue, burnout, and disconnection, helping them improve energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing so they can live and lead with greater clarity and integrity.
My approach combines evidence-informed understanding of stress and health with the principles of Health Creation and yogic philosophy. We take a whole-person approach, addressing aspects of body, mind, spirit and environment touching on lifestyle, relationships, boundaries, rest, sources of uplift and sense of meaning.
Clients are supported to reduce chronic stress patterns, including cycles of overachieving and exhaustion, and to build sustainable habits that support long-term health and resilience.
I completed my Health Creation Mentorship Diploma in 2025 with pioneering holistic health and integrative doctor Dr Rosy Daniel and have been teaching multiple styles of yoga since 2015. I also hold a PGCert in Health and Wellbeing at the Workplace, and I am a graduate of StressEd’s Stress Management for Wellness Professionals Course.
My work supports a return to a more balanced, sustainable, and authentic way of living. Learn more at www.therealwellco.com or contact me at sarah@therealwellco.com.
